The one-pan meal is my supper when cooking dinner in a hurry on weekdays. They are super fast & easy to make, usually loaded with flavor, and because of one pan, cleaning is easy!
This garlic butter chicken must be tried. Everything is cooked in one pan in less than 20 minutes and I promise this will be your new favorite dinner. Chicken and broccoli are cooked in a lemon sauce of garlic butter which is fused in the pan.
Broccoli Alternatives
For this dish, I like to use broccoli or broccolini (baby broccoli) just because I enjoy the anxiety of steamed broccoli as well. because broccoli is very nutritious and delicious.
If broccoli is not your choice, to be honest, broccoli can be replaced with almost any other fast food vegetable. Zucchini, asparagus, green beans or other vegetables all work very well. To replace broccoli with vegetables that take longer to cook, just steam it first and add it to the pan after it is almost fully cooked.
If you are on a low-carbohydrate, the 30s, or keto diet, just serve the food as is and enough to serve 3-4 people.
If you are a carbohydrate lover or want a little more on a plate, serve chicken and broccoli with rice, mashed or roasted potatoes, salad, or bread.
